The Slow Moment is a Soul project of mine that quite spontaneously emerged in 2019. On the same morning I first crafted this website, the title, The Slow Moment, offered itself to me and my work. Years later, I hold the same appreciation for practices that hold space for the beauty of ritual and the many textures of wholeness at their forefront.

As a spiritually tuned-in woman on an unexpected journey towards motherhood, my offering, Becoming Mothers, is what is most alive within me today. It is an opportunity for women to make the most of the liminal space between maiden and motherhood. For the ones feeling the call of Motherhood rising. For me, this initiation woke long before pregnancy felt close or even possible. My journey has illuminated how powerful and potent a conscious conception is - a sacred portal where desire, intuition, and soul-aligned creation begins.

As your Soul Guide, I have the privilege of sensing the capacity of your inner light, which allows me to fully encourage and support you along your own journey of self-discovery. As your curiosity directs your path in our sessions, I hold space for a gentle and natural unfolding as your inner wisdom gradually introduces itself to you. This way, that wisdom comes to you fluent in your unique language, ensuring you feel a sacred kinship with it. This type of support allows you to be the one to create a beautiful and sovereign foundation on which you will continue expanding in and outside of our sessions.

In the last year and a half, I have been walking my own sacred path of Becoming, which has translated to investing my time in my personal relationships, in ritualizing my life, in reconnecting with nature and the spirits of the land I reside on, in exploring clear forms of communication with my guides and spirit team, in mentorships that have reminded me of the significance of this work, in exploring new potent medicines, such as Breathwork, and in applying my gifts to the new field of interior design. I return here so full, steady, grounded and vast. I gratefully cast out my expansive light to any and all who may find it supportive. Thank you for being here.
