You’re invited – Breathe into present moment awareness
Join Roe and her husband Joel for a transformational breathwork experience held in a group setting by trained facilitators. This style of breathing (Breathwave) is a powerfully gentle approach to conscious connected breathing that is a self-healing integrative practice. Through the breath we are able to regulate our nervous system, release stored emotions, and connect deeply with ourselves. This style of breathing is approachable whether you’re brand new or a seasoned practitioner.
Schedule:
4:45 pm: Arrival and getting settled
5:00 pm: Circle opens with an introduction to the method and setting intentions
5:30 pm: Active breathing (~60 mins)
6:30 pm: Honoring each others experiences, we provide the opportunity for sharing and reflection
7:00 pm: Closing
Please note that the event starts at 5pm sharp and no admittance will be allowed after the start in order to maintain the integrity of the container.

What to bring:
We will be breathing while laying on the floor for a little over an hour. Please bring whatever you need to be comfortable. Optional items include:
Water bottle
Yoga Mat
Blanket(s)
Flat pillow for your head
Non-restrictive clothing
