Becoming Mothers
A sacred container to gather in community and contemplate the transition from Maiden to Mother. This workshop is for women preparing for a conscious connection in their future, those on a conception journey in need and want of community support, women healing from pregnancy loss, women who are currently pregnant, and anyone wanting to connect deeper to their womb and the wisdom that lives there. This monthly gathering is intended to hold us as we process and expand into our Becoming.
What To Expect
Arrival + Opening
Grounding Meditation
Shared Intention of the monthly theme: Themes will include ancestral healing, sacred sensuality/sexuality, inner child healing, mothering the self, spirit baby connection, partnership and parenthood, receptivity for fertility, navigating grief, and the list goes on.
Journal/contemplation/conversation prompts
Restorative yoga practice: with optional hands-on loving touch and energetic support
Personal shares + reflection
Closing Circle with final gifts and inspiration to carry into the following month
