Soul Talk

Soul Talk relies on Yin energy, curiosity, and reflection. We move gently through a session, guided by your embodied experience and insights, so you may get familiar with and connect to your deep and ancient inner wisdom. Meanwhile, I hold space for your knowing to come forth. Unlike traditional styles of coaching, my role is not to offer solutions. Using Clean Language and Symbolic Modeling, I’m here to support you and reflect your unique findings back to you as you uncover them. This method of discovery will encourage you tap into your own rich inner resources with greater ease, illuminating sustainable pathways towards growth and expansion from the inside out.

The Roots: Soul Talk is the result of a co-creation between Clean Language and Symbolic Modeling. Clean Language, developed by psychologist David Grove, emphasizes your exact word choice and insight while keeping my interpretation of your experience out of the conversation. Symbolic Modeling, created by psychotherapists based on the work of Grove, guides you through an exploration of your own embodied metaphors, internal organization systems and lived patterns.

By creating a metaphor landscape of your current experience, we are able to witness any current constraints and discover how these metaphors can shift to meet your desired outcomes, offering transformation on a cognitive level.
